These hand painted wine glasses are absolutely stunning. They are a very large and generous size. We make our own wine and since I am partial to light wines we used these with a delicious banana wine. They were the talk of the evening. 

At first I thought that the stem was a bit flimsy. But upon use I found that not to be the case and the stem and base is sturdy. Maybe it is mom brain at first thinking that they will get broken. But I think they will be ok.

The seller of these glasses had specifically asked not to have pictures available on the amazon review because it can be hard to capture the true colors of these glasses. So I have provided a bunch here for you below.

Colon and body detox capsules? What are they? Have you ever used them before? 

I had not ever used anything like this before. But I decided to give them a try. Why not, right? It is said we all have approximately 10lbs of waste in our digestive systems just sitting there. Making us feel bloated, sluggish, icky and a whole slew of other negative things. 

So what are these? Well these detox capsules are what appears to be herbal supplements designed to promote good digestive health. The title states "Colon Detox Total Body Cleanse - Flush Excess Waste and Toxins - Promotes Healthy Digestion and Weight Loss 60 Capsules."  First off, I only decided to try these out after seeing that they contain no stimulants. I'm still nursing so any stimulant (and a few non-stimulant things) are still a big no no right now. Only to find out that these contain other ingredients that are NOT ok for nursing or pregnant mothers. 

Well crap. Right?

As luck would have it I actually got sick, my supply tanked, and I had to take other medicines to get over the ick. So, since you are not supposed to take these for more than 7 days at a time anyway. I gave it a go and pump n dumped. 

Anyway, taking these will make you poop. That is it. They even contain a probiotic, so it makes sense. I'm not sure they did anything but that. I'm thinking that when I am finally done nursing that maybe I will try these again to see if there is any difference. But as of now I don't think these are quite for me.

Since we live in Florida, and lets face it, almost anywhere you live you are not too far from the ocean. We regularly like to hit the beaches. The kids are always asking about surfing lessons and they love watching the surfers. Specially this past Holiday season when the Santa's were out surfing. So when I came across this COR Surfing Panda shirt I had to try it out.

I got this in a size 24M for my 2 year old. It fits him a little big. So I would say the sizes run slightly larger to size. The onesie is made of lightweight cotton with the standard 3 metal snaps at the crotch. So far it has been standing up to the wear of a 2 year old. The panda design has not faded or cracked with washing/drying either. We are happy with the onesie and the little Mr. is too!

As I sit here at work listening to this ocean sounds cd I am lulled into a false sense of security lol. My mind can really get lost in this. I'm knocking out a few reviews I have to get done. And sounds of ventilators are really grating on my nerves at times. So this is my go-to.

I originally had gotten this for myself. But I am going to start using it more with my clients. Sometimes they have a hard time relaxing at night (or through contractions) and this might just do the trick! It should be noted that I have different "clients". I am a pediatric nurse and a doula. So far I have found that the cd is appreciated by both groups of "clients". 

There is no noticeable loop that I can tell. Although I must admit that I get lost in the sound so I don't really remember. Every time I say I am going to make a point of trying to listen till the very end to see if I can find the loop.. I end up missing it. So I guess they do a really good job hehe. I also like that there are no other sounds on the CD. Just waves. No birds or anything like that. I was provided this CD complimentary in exchange for my honest review.  Since I am a nursing mother, and a milk donor (yes! that IS a real thing, and one can be a certified donor) I am always looking for vitamins, DHA, and probiotics. I have issues with smells, tastes, sometimes textures, and side effects. So I am continually honing in my perfect blend. I'm also limited to what I can actually take in means of herbals. There is a strict list of acceptable items for donor moms. So I have to work with that too. 



I give it a 5 stars because I don't have the fishy taste later on. Some brands try and cover it up with flavors.. but it really doesn't work. Otherwise it is just like any other quality Omega 3. The capsules are smaller than traditional fish oil, and slightly larger than a pregnancy DHA brand capsule. Very easy to swallow. So no worries there. I store mine in the refrigerator because I don't like swallowing capsules. It being cold somehow helps. It is right on as far as price point as well. Nice quality wine aerator. It comes in a nice felted box with a magnetic flap closure so if you are gifting it it will be displayed nicely (and safely). We make our own banana and blended wines so this arrived just in time for the holidays for us to use. It fits securely into bottles and does not spray or drip when pouring. The cork area is a gripping rubber-like black piece. The rest of the device is made from plastic. The closest thing I can think of is plexi-glass. That is the closest I can compare it to. It has been dropped and did not break, chip, or crack. So it is durable as well. Spirit Naturals face moisturizer is just what I was looking for. It is 100% paraben free (which is a HUGE plus because parabens make me breakout horribly), dye and cruelty free. The cream is lightweight and absorbs quickly. It smells like something similar to Johnson and Johnsons baby lotion (pink bottle) with a hint of mint. It actually smells nicer than most other facial lotions I have tried. If you are prone to adult acne breakouts I would recommend this moisturizer. It did not make me breakout and did have my skin looking healthier. I'm going to give this a little more time just to make sure I have no reactions because my skin is so sensitive to products, but as of now 5 stars for sure.  I was provided this lotion at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
