I have this travel bottle in the 2 and now 3oz size. They are very handy. The top is a super soft silicone with a hard plastic screw top. The silicone squeeze part has a built in suction cup on the back so you can stick it to the shower and it never gets lost. I really like that feature. I totally missed it at first and then after I arrived home from a trip I noticed it. Somehow I just thought it was some sort of design or something.

Luggage scales. Almost a necessity these days if you travel by air. The absolutely outrageous prices the airlines charge for bags is ridiculous. Not to mention overweight bags! Aint none got time for that... or the extra cash. Lets face it. If we had the extra cash to pay the fee we probably wouldn't be flying standard leg cramping, armpit smelling coach. Anyway, on to the scale...

This is a nice little scale. It is pretty basic. Not that you really need many different functions when simply weighing a bag. You turn it on, strap it to a bag, and lift. The strap is approximately 10 inches in length give or take an inch or two because I didn't actually measure it. The strap and the buckle are good quality. The digital readout is nice and clear. However, that is where the quality stops. The plastic handle is made of a cheaper plastic and doesn't seem like it will stand the test of time. So when traveling with this scale it would be best to wrap it up and keep it protected. Leaving it in a front pocket or unprotected could leave it vulnerable to damage. Especially with how rough airlines can be. 

The one thing I didn't like on this scale was that the readout is opposite of the writing on the handle. It has no effect on the function of the scale. It is just one of those little details people pay attention to. So if you are holding the unit in your hand with the writing on the handle facing you, the readout will be facing away from you. 

The current price of this scale is $13 on Amazon. Based on the quality and functionality of the scale I say that price point is right on.

So.. we've all heard about coconut oil right? How it is good from diaper rashes to global warming. Well this coconut oil product isn't as hot as unicorns are right now. I must say, I do use coconut oil for other things. But this is a no-go on the face. I just can't. I tried to have the love and it just isn't working out. While this one isn't for me, it might work for others.

Ok so what is this..
It is a travel sized coconut facial wipe. The packaging is a metallic gray with white writing and when you tilt it there is colored writing. Kinda cool. When you first open the wipe it appears to be dry. It feels dry. But when you rub it across the skin you see the oil mark. It is supposed to remove dirt and makeup. I did not have that experience. It didn't remove anything for me. To be fair, I ONLY wear eye makeup though. I can't stand the feeling of foundation, concealer, or any of that other stuff. It really makes me feel icky. After wiping my face with this wipe I felt really oily. To be expected somewhat I figured given that it is made from coconut oil. But it was way too oily for me. I could not stand it and it started to run into my eyes and make them burn. So I had to wash it off. I had hoped that it would improve my skin somehow. Make it less dry? Smoother? Softer? None of the above sadly. 


However, this product is not all bad. There is the fact that it is a quick and easy travel sized product for those that can handle oils on their face. It smells like coconut. Which was nice at first but became annoying after a while for me. Because of the coconut (and I couldn't find other ingredients or statements) smell I have to think this is unrefined oil. The company states "Infused with the same radiance boosting properties as our RMS Raw Coconut Cream" and so I looked up the aforementioned Raw Coconut Cream. Still no real mention if it is refined or unrefined, because there is a difference. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that it is infact the unrefined kind. Which earns them 1 star, (-2 if it is not and they are being sneaky.)

So basically I have to conclude that all this is, is a wipe soaked in coconut oil. You can do that at home, yourself, cheaper. I'm all about saving money and buying wisely. Go out and get yourself a tub of unrefined cold pressed virgin coconut oil. You can find it almost anywhere. If you bring it home, use it, and notice no smell.. then it is not the right one. Refined has no smell and is not as good as unrefined, which will have the coconut scent. Use a makeup pad (the round or square ones that are like $1.50 for 100 or something) and swipe it in the tub of coconut oil. Presto! You have just made yourself one of these wipes and you can control just how much coconut oil is on each wipe.

Not a bad Omega 3 supplement. They are small and easy to swallow capsules. No issues there. I occasionally can have an aftertaste. But not always. They are comparable to a prenatal DHA I've taken for years, only more reasonably priced. No artificial flavors. I was provided this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I really like this specific probiotic. The company states 150 billion active cultures per bottle. I have found that with other probiotics that when starting a new one, or sometimes when ending (or forgetting to take) other brands, that it can cause some major bloating. This does not happen with this brand. The capsules are easy to swallow and are a normal size. I have a bad habit of forgetting to take my daily vitamins/probiotic, and with other brands this will have me feeling very icky in a day or two max. Also, not really the case with these. They seem to be a gentler form. I'd recommend these for those with sensitive stomachs or irritable bowels. I received this probiotic at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

Simply Earth has some pretty fantastic essential oils. They are of high quality too. I was pleased to be able to test this pine oil. Especially since it is the week before Christmas. This is a nice scent to diffuse to get into the holiday spirit. This isn't quite like a typical Christmas tree scent you will find in say a candle at walmart. It is more like the ... I think it is called "white pine" from Yankee candle. It is just a variation of a "pine" scent. Just like candles that are balsam, pine, wreath, or the white pine. Anyway, it is a nice scent for the season. It is also good to use when making soap. Because it is a milder pine scent it does not overtake the room when the bar of soap gets wet. Very nice high quality essential oil, with a pleasant scent. It can be used for respiratory issues which could come in handy with this winter season weather being all goofy lately. Here in Central FL it has been in the high 80's, and up north in the U.P. it has been in the 50's. Completely unseasonable weather for this time of year, at both places. 

This EO is undiluted and no additives, which are a huge plus. You really do not want any extra junk in your oils when it comes to inhalation. The scent is nice to diffuse with, add to shampoo/conditioner, and your laundry rinse cycles. I have also heard of it being used to ward off spiders. A few drops along baseboards is said to ward them off. I personally have not used it this way, but it makes sense. I was provided this at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. Nice cupping set. Compact enough for easy storage or to take traveling. Different sized cups for the different body areas come in this little kit, along with a bag to keep everything together. When applying pressure to the cups go with the idea that a little goes a long way. Start off with less than what you think you might want to use. Very nice quality craftsmanship with this muddler. This is something that every drink connoisseur should really have for their home bar. A real essential. My one wish was the bottom grinder part had texture that was slightly closer together to crush sugar more easily with. It still worked, just that would be one improvement that would make this perfect. Overall a really nice muddler for cocktails. I was impressed from the start with this hydration belt. It is worth every penny. It is made with very good quality materials. That alone makes all the difference. Cheap versions chafe, pinch and dig into skin. Not the case with this one. The fabric is nice and soft, as is the elastic on the buckle. The buckle is made of high quality sturdy plastic. It makes a very secure closure. No need to worry about this buckle breaking or coming apart with the shock of running, jumping, or any other high impact activity.


The two water bottles are good quality. They do not bend or crunch when drinking from or handling. They keep their shape. The inside part of the belt that goes against your skin is soft. You could use it directly against the skin if you wanted. The pockets are large enough to hold many items and zip shut to keep them secure. Very nice moisturizer. I have problems with lotions and well really any skin product actually. They make me break out. But this didn't, which I am grateful for. 

This cream really isn't a "cream" but more of a well, lotion. When I think of a cream I think of something thick and in a jar. This really is not that. It is lightweight and absorbs quickly. A little goes a long way too. I'm not sure if it will work for fine lines, maybe with more time I can update, but it does make my skin softer and nicer looking. I have combination skin. Super dry after washing and an oil slick a few hours later. Using this helped with that really dry skin after I wash my face.

I routinely work 12h shifts so I need to keep hydrated. But I get sick of plain ol' water over and over. I have never had an infuser bottle before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I always wondered if it would taste ok or need sweetening somehow. I am please to say that I really have been missing out. I typically use mine with either peeled or cut cuties or sliced cucumbers. I have not tried other berries, just because they are out of season right now and super expensive. The top locking feature is pretty slick. I didn't even notice it at first. It wasn't until my kids were trying to get the top open that we discovered it locked. That is a huge plus for me. With it locked it will not open and spill inside my bag. Very helpful feature for me. There is a loop on the side of the bottle.. maybe to attach it to a backpack with a D-ring or something. I just used it to fish it out of my bag easily. I have found that if I make the water before I leave for work and then let it sit and infuse while driving, by the time I get to work the water has a mild flavor. The longer I let it sit the more it will taste like the fruit/veggie. I did not need to add any sugar or sweetener. I probably could have a little bit with lemons, but it isn't necessary. Also, cut fruits work better than peeled ones. My one suggestion to the makers is to have the infuser basket have a flat bottom. That way the basket will sit upright while filling it with fruit. Right now the bottom is slightly rounded. Either way still a great bottle. I have received this infuser bottle at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. Very nice set of cables right here. I am always looking for durable charging cables for my son. He is super rough with cords because he takes them everywhere.

I really like the braiding on these cables. The braiding on the cables goes up into the connector ends. Which is where we need the most support/reinforcement in cables. My kids cords are always breaking in that spot. This particular braiding makes the cord stiffer than other cords. So if you are looking for a flexible cord, this isn't it. However, I personally like that this cord has some rigidity to it. It helps my kids not to twist and break it. Or smoosh it with a toy.. or a chair. The ends fit snugly into their devices too.

I have no issues with these. They are a very nice quality product. We have another braided cord from another company and it is not as high quality as this one is.  I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I am the one that has the restless legs in the family and must travel. I don't generally travel all to much in the states, but do travel frequently overseas. And that is killer on baggage fees. The strap is very sturdy with reinforced stitching, the display is easy to read and is back-lit in green. You can measure in lbs or kg, and goes up to 110lbs.
