Nice cupping set. Compact enough for easy storage or to take traveling. Different sized cups for the different body areas come in this little kit, along with a bag to keep everything together. When applying pressure to the cups go with the idea that a little goes a long way. Start off with less than what you think you might want to use. You can always use more but if you use to much you might bruise and/or be uncomfortable. I was provided this set at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
