 Since I am a nursing mother, and a milk donor (yes! that IS a real thing, and one can be a certified donor) I am always looking for vitamins, DHA, and probiotics. I have issues with smells, tastes, sometimes textures, and side effects. So I am continually honing in my perfect blend. I'm also limited to what I can actually take in means of herbals. There is a strict list of acceptable items for donor moms. So I have to work with that too. 



I give it a 5 stars because I don't have the fishy taste later on. Some brands try and cover it up with flavors.. but it really doesn't work. Otherwise it is just like any other quality Omega 3. The capsules are smaller than traditional fish oil, and slightly larger than a pregnancy DHA brand capsule. Very easy to swallow. So no worries there. I store mine in the refrigerator because I don't like swallowing capsules. It being cold somehow helps. It is right on as far as price point as well.
