I'm not sure I noticed much difference. But then I have not had any negative side effects either. So for now I think it could just be keeping things regulated to my usual "normal". These are pressed probiotics, not like typical capsules. Nothing wrong with that design, it is just different. They appear to be lightly coated with a clear substance. Which is probably so they are not dissolved in humid conditions, your mouth, or stomach asap since I believe these are meant to be extended released.I received these free to test and give my honest review.
